Sembrando Semillas de Poder

Planting Seeds of Power

Purpose

To create a space for Latinas to connect, share our stories, share insight and  step into leadership confidently. It is a time for Latina leaders and community builders to honor our ancestral resilience, process collective shifts, share insights and step into our authenticity. Through somatic practice, group coaching, and shared stories, we move from weathering the storm to intentionally planting the seeds of our future.

Why now?

For much of my career, I held many positions at non-profits that advocated for the rights of immigrant workers, particularly Latin@s. When the news broke earlier this year about the abhorrent acts of Cesar Chavez, I felt deep anger and sadness. With so much happening in our world, it is easy to bypass the deep emotional pain that this kind of revelation can unleash.

Who is this circle for?

Women and femmes who identify as Latina and are open to connecting, building community and learning by shifting into new modes of thinking and being.
